Reckon it might pass with DVLA it seems to have all they ask for plus it has external graphics too. Looks more like a "campervan" than my bus I reckon....

I couldn't source any reasonably priced ones when I was looking. Just bought a piece of memory foam off ebay,20inches by 70inches by 4inches thick for 25quid so probably best to do it yourself in my opinion.

Sent my logbook in today for the body plan change. Also changed colour & my address at the same time. Supplied all the relevant photos & description so fingers crossed now... Any idea how long it can take?

Thanks for that buddy. Never used one before but my 12volt fridge box shenanigans last weekend did not inspire confidence. Was advised to follow this route so hopefully no more flat batteries & sour milk/warm beer...😋

My next job is solar panels, then I plan to fit an inverter to run a counter top domestic fridge. Fridge will be mounted near the front of the bus but my leisure batteries are under the bed at the rear. My question is:- Will the inverter be better mounted near the batteries with a long cable run...

All very misleading, you are required by law to get the logbook changed but if they won't change it you can still use your vehicle as a motor caravan. Sounds like a complete mess to me...

Had the bus over the weighbridge this morning. With fuel tank 3/4 full but the 70 litre water tank empty it tares at 4.7tonnes. Leaves me around 3/4 tonne to play with for cooking gear/ bedding/ supplies(beer!)

I'll definitely try & get it changed just to keep everything right, but have to wait & see. If they don't change it at least I tried....
