The brackets I used came with the panel and were simple, heavy duty, right angle plates. By the way, I mounted/bolted the panel onto the roof prior to having 'Millie' spray foam lined.

Personally Dave, I would use a rag soaked in petrol to dissolve the underseal on the roof, and then when it is all good and clean I would give the entire roof a darned good canubra based polish. Phil
