    Got 220ah of batteries presently, got a 40a epever mppt controller to fit. Only need an inverter now, then I can get it all installed. Only planning to have a small domestic fridge plus charger for my 18v power tools, so don't need a big inverter.

    Batteries are now fully enclosed in their own box. Thinking about adding another one, to go with the 200w of solar panels I'm currently fitting.

    Apparently seat belts on hab area seats are only required on post 2007 vehicles. Doesn't bother me either way, I'm usually on my own anyway....

    Just in the process of fitting 200w of solar on a homemade roofrack. Also want to fit my wireless reversing camera kit. Already changed my sink unit for a wooden worktop & round sink. Also looking at a small domestic fridge for under the sink unit

    Few more updated piccies. Replaced the sink with a solid wood worktop & a smaller round sink bowl with no drainer. Added a couple of shelves in the bedroom to hold toiletries/phone etc. Fitted my keyrack made a long time ago by my boy. Also got some carpet to make a runner for the kitchen area...

    Me too. Lifted the lift out, then used the power supply to charge my leisure batteries which are under my bed at the rear. Lift came out easy enough, but I have access to a tractor with a front end loader which helped a lot....

    How about 2 lengths of unistrut, clamped across the roofbars with u bolts. Then the panel will bolt straight to the unistrut....

    Hiya & welcome to the forum man. Watching with much interest, got my eye on a 7.5t ex post office truck for my next project so very interested in your walkthru mods. Like the truck, used to drive a fl10 some time ago on article tipper work, mainly coal when we still had a mining industry....👍☺

    Thankyou. When I was a boy my old man had a thing for mahogany & its stuck with me ever since. Feels great to be sat in there of an evening. Replaced the lightbulbs over the kitchen with bright LEDs, but left the old tubes above the table so it feels like mood lighting👍 Going to replace them...

    Just a selection of interior storage etc. Table is 30mm solid mahogany ex school science lab countertop & hinges up to make room for a single bed. Floor is done with h/d carpet tiles repurposed from a training centre in Oakwood Leeds.
