For me it was interesting to see Andy's tests on different makes of BMS and how they differ in operation and balancing, probably blows a few people's theory's of how BMS's work.

Have you watched the YouTube vid's from Andy of "off grid garage" and his tests with different BMS, especially the Daly make that I think you have?

Works on my Huawei phone my Chromebook and my Linux Mint PC, all use Chrome browser and most surprisingly on an Apple iPad device using Safari. Why it doesn't work for you I don't understand (from here).

Just tried this on an iPad that has never seen the VRM before. Opened Safari, logged in to my VRM account, changed advanced to proxy/ and it worked.

On my Android phone running Android 8.0.0 using Chrome 94.0.4606.61 I get this, selecting Deny allows my instance to run.

I truly don't have any of these problems to mention. I power up the RPi, Node-Red starts moments after the RPi and runs for months. I've not read of problems like you seem to suffer. If your Cerbo repeatedly crashes or Node-Red crashes or doesn't start I suggest you reinstall the firmware...

If it's not running I guess your Cerbo won't be running either. If your results with Node-Red have been disappointing perhaps the problem isn't with Node-Red.

Great shame. Find to time and explore its capabilities you may be very surprised what can be achieved.

As your Cerbo has no digital outputs and if it doesn't have a spare relay output there probably is no point to using Node-Red. There may be no "advantage" to using Node-Red (did I say there was?), it could be an alternative, a 21st century option.

I know my batteries look normal I don't need you to tell me that. Your understanding of battery balancing seems to differ from mine. A win for the cheaper RPi over the Victron product I guess.
