Inverter help needed

Forget about 12v to 24 volt charger, way too complicated and if you can find one it'll cost you, stick with using the inverter and a mains charger.
Can you find the Ah capacity of the scooter battery? I suggest choosing a charger of around 30% and not exceeding 50% of the Ah rate so if your battery is 10Ah or over then the 4A charger will suit.
Your inverter will easily handle an 8A charger so you have the option to go larger (and hence charge quicker) if your batter is 20Ah or greater. If the battery is 15Ah then go for a 6A. Sized like this you'll go from flat to full in around 3 hours.

Remember you may not need to go all the way back to your Hab battery to get it's power. Depending on the cable sizes you used during fitout you can possibly get it at your split charger, power/fuse panel, or solar charger.

I can't do that I'm afraid.

Not much I can do til I get home anyway so I'll see what the starter battery is and go from there.

A cheap lipo Solar controller will charge this battery as that us what it is a battery !. All day every day at home or away.
Buy a 24v solar controller and fit it between your vans panels and your fitted solar controller. So befor your system Run wire to carts charging port it maybe input and outpt socket ?. Via a socket neara the cart like at floor level

If it was me I would fit new connector to cart like a anderson 30amp red for input and output and add battery on cart to my vans system.. to use my truck kettle 10amps . 24volts are quicker bolling. Lol.

But I would cut plug wire too to use the plug .
Im poor in money but stretch it feverish. ?

Totally no idea what that means I'm afraid.

Existing battery is a FLEXBL-UK 25.9v 10ah it also says 259WH, the charger should be a DC 29.4V/2A Automatic protection charger.

A 12v panel charging 24v battery via a cheapo charge controller....really? Surely a charger employing buck voltage boost would be needed and I expect they come cheap but I could be wrong, (as SWIMBO will confirm I'm sure):unsure:

Ive not heard of a 12v solar pannle ?, mate only solar controller's. !
So what the smallest panel 2 fit on van for 24 volt hab battery ?@ 5amps hopefully 9amps in test condishions. .?

When I say 12v solar panels I'm referring to solar panels that would typically be used on a 12v solar system such as puds'

These 12v panels typically generate 18-22V max and therefore I can't see how they'd produce enough voltage to put any significant power into a 24V solar charger / 24V battery mate.
Ideally he'd need what's referred to as a 24V panel or 2 X 12V panels wired in series and of course the 24V charge controller you mentioned. (I suspect this is what you've got on your truck)
I'd guess a 12v MPPT controller may work in a fashion from his existing 12v panel/panels but a genuine MPPT charge controller isn't cheap and Puds want's to keep costs down to a minimum and may not even work at all.

I've no idea mate, all I know is a lot of cheap solar controlers are advertised as MPPT but in reality they aren't.
Open it up and if it's got a large coil inside then it's legit.

with some, open it up and you void the warranty and also muck up the cooling as you would be unable to pack in all the sand again.

150 w panel and a mppt chargers alread in van just goin for the long game to charge cart when stationary.
Also at a quicker speed so more avaliable useage.. for just 4 iteams 3 being connections

10 to 30 amp thingy with 24v output. Done . the wire is in house.

low power solar controoers are cheap and everys one now getting bigger one. So more on the market place sites
Only because they've sold as heaven, only tobe sold a stairway to heaven.
