You said that you could carry 2 others, where there are no rear belted seats facing forward or back from what i see, side belted seats are out and were very dangerous in there day, otherwise your van your choice of layout.

I have fixed beds and just use van seats which turn and are comphy so no 3 p settee required, every one to their own setup. (y)

Its not just c/vans these days, its everything from builders plumbers you name it, always make sure everything is in writing and signed, take pictures or record all on smart ph, legal team Sue Grabit & Run. ;)

Mine is only for cooking so i turn of at tank when driving, on when cooking only.

Yep my self build is miles ahead of many vans i have looked at costing so much more,mine cost 6 grand all in and 2,400 was for a chap to hand make and install two new iner gards at front.
