    straight cuts - track saw curve cuts - jigsaw with reverse cut blades. these only cut on the downstroke and make it easy to follow the pencil line and any splintering is on the back of the cut.

    well i like bulges and believe them to be beautiful [ in case the wife reads this ] my second option still gives most vans a 6' bed

    flares don't stick out as much as wing mirrors. if they protrude 50mm and that is filled with insulation , you still gain the extra width of the wall thickness, 2-4 inches each side. or just don't put wall panelling and insulation where your head and feet need to go , just fix carpet or camping...

    very similar to my daughter's ambo , the side door is in a good position and the barn doors and windows are too. as for mileage - you only need to drive a mile to change your surroundings , and i can afford that !

    that was lucky - they only came in yesterday , just 2 left today ! tried it out - nice bit of kit . not sure why i need 2 impact drivers but hey ho ! oh yes , they had cordless sabre saws and angle grinders too, all the same battery
