I have the same setup but two 90ah batts,one is from new in front footwell behind a kick board,second is a mid ships under sink along with water pump and fridge inverter.

Thats what i have,bought it of a lady who did not use it for £50,mines in black,we are using it now for extra food saving us running to shops often,there silent and no parts showing at the rear. Will run no bother on two 90ah batterys and a small inverter 600w with standby sleep mode.

Sump oil is full of small bits of carbon and will block jets,dont do this.

Sinth oils last at least 10 th miles in engines with no bother,dont put it in the heater as it will burn very dirty and will require cleaning often,do use 28 sec heating oil but the odd time put in a few drops of diesel injector cleaner as this will self clean the burner out,i do some home...

Mine is a coach build on a 59/12 chassis cab and lots of room plus squire inside with a stainless steel box frame.

There is always a loos on anything man made,even drilling for oil or digging up coal,some are not as good as others but thats the way of industry & use as we know it.

No use stone guard unless its shotblased and painted proper first as there red coating will be on blue scale steel and will let go. Drives me mad that so many co make things well only to do a crap paint job on there product.

The rubber button floor covering found in shop lifts would be a good job if a suppler could be found.

I think you should have shotblased the steel and sprayed with weldable epoxy primer,bare steel is covered in blue scale which lets go,thats why big boats are left to rust before being blasted and primed,this was my main biz.

Cannot see why anyone wants a inverter except for a 230v heating coil or a com fridge,oh heavens maybe i do want one. :)
