    New build Sis-in-Laws Motorhome

Large light showing at the end of the tunnel 😃. Finished all the cupboards only the letter rack by the front driverseat and the book rack at the rear along the back wall to roof, then the decals for the outside, not looking forward to the decals as it will mean I have to clean the outside 😏...

    New build Sis-in-Laws Motorhome

Well it's been over three weeks almost now and still it's not quite finished. I'm putting up some photos of the Awning fitting, it's a Fiamma 80s and I have to say its a lot smoother in operation than my more expensive Thule awning 😕. I ordered it from Magnums as they were having a Queen10...

    Diesel heater never used

Nice to hear from you again Kev, your right I'm doing my sis in laws van as in my posts, but I think it will be my last one as it does take it out of you physically and mentally 🙄. Phil

Great thanks, seems awhile since you've been on here hope all is well, 😁👍

    Diesel heater never used

Would be good deal if it went for £45 Pudsey but its on auction and rarely do ebay auctions end in close to starting price, infact in my experience folk tend to have auction madness on ebay and inevitably end up paying as much as new or close to it or in some auctions more than new which beggers...

Chinese Heater connection to Renault Master Fuel line

Most kits come with a tank dipper unit, one that you fit through the tank pick up unit, it's fairly easy to do on a Ducato but I'm not sure about other vehicles. Phil

    Henry water. Heater

By the way Phil Solva is in West Wales quite a long way from South Wales 😀. South Wales is generally as far as Swansea from Cardiff from Swansea onwards you start to come into West Wales, anything north of Cardiff/Swansea is known as the vallys after the valleys it becomes Mid Wales and finally...

    Henry water. Heater

Sprinter is right Phil they are near Blaenavon probably not far from you if your in South Wale. It's called Soth Wales Caravan centre, I bought most of my white goods from them new but very cheap at the time, plus my Truma 4e, but they do rip out Caravans and sell off the innards etc. Best...

    New build Sis-in-Laws Motorhome

I don't really know for sure Phil, it's been five months already and nearly every week day full time but she uses it on weekends and we go away each weekend too, I'd hazard about a further two or three weeks 😬. Phil

    Window

Thats a Sietz window Keith, sorry I've been swapping over to a new phone over the last few days, far harder than building a van 😄, only just got the ability to view this site back. Phil

    Window

This sort of place and as Dave suggests Magnums would be a good place even if only to ask if they know where you might get one, though I'm doubtful that you will be able to source a new piece as most shops want to only sell the complete window. But the actual manufacturer might possibly send you...

    Window

Hmmm, it as Phil (Millie master) says really needs a photo put up of the window in question. I think your talking about the inverted 'U' shaped rail that is clamped to the top of the window and is clipped into the receiver rail that's attached to the window frame, but can not be sure. Some where...

Adding a 3rd seat to 1999 fiat ducato

Sorry I was assuming you had a panel van conversion but of course your van is a coach built. So no I was suggesting that you went back to a fixed double seat as per the original for a Ducato/Relay/Peugeot van and you would have to leave by the drivers door and walk round to the hab door to get...

Adding a 3rd seat to 1999 fiat ducato

Be very careful as double seats are not the same fittings, the swivel base you have located will have a very specific make of seat that corresponds to it, or you will be into a major modification situation 😉. Phil If you intend to go down the three seats in the cab then I would buy the the two...
