    24 volt Eberspacher

There will be a part number on the ECU, this will denote what application it was intended for. For example I have an ebespacher from a DAF truck. It's controlled by the trucks climate control system and will not work from a eberspacher controller.

    Violating a Princess!

I should have been doing other things today, but one gremlin needed dealing with as it was calling my name. Also an opportunity arose, so it would be good to take care of that too. Whilst boring holes yesterday and killing hole saws, I decided to do an easy one and add another bit of plumbing...

Low loader box van camper conversion

Be very nervous about using utube as a guide. Most are experts after doing it once. Many of us are dangerous armatures (just kidding) but we try our best depending on resources and expertise. What is most important is knowing how it could go wrong, or if they'd done it again what would they...

    Light weight van flooring

I haven't used this product, but my local branch is very easy to deal with. The only downside with them is the cost of carriage. So pays to look at the product range and buy the lot in one go if you can. Or collect if you have a big enough vehicle.

    Violating a Princess!

Still more plumbing! The M2 4kw eberspacher has now been purchased, so holes need to be made. Big holes as I’m using 90mm ducting. I was hoping to mount it side on under the step. This would have allowed clean easy runs for the intake and exhaust. Being forced to mount it to the bottom of the...

    24 volt Eberspacher

I normally hate watching these things, but I did. I think the comparisons were very biased and misleading. Without doing some scientific back to back tests different conclusions could be drawn. Quality issues, well what would you expect is't a fifth of the price. What I don't like is the...

Which Fuse Box would you prefer?

Back to being sensible, Option 1 I would say. A valid point raise about a common bus. There must be a neat way of doing it.

    24 volt Eberspacher

That looks like a bargain. In your picture it looks like you have a external temperature sensor. The heater also has one in it's air intake. This is the one I use in Murky. I'm planning on doing the same with Betty. Mine has cost me £1200.00 :(

I can't see this all electric panel van will be of any interest to us self builders!!!

This is why I bought a new Vito with the latest diesel engine and probably the last new design. Should outlast me as long as a mechanic never touches it.

Ducato, Boxer, Relay. Diesel heater under drivers seat

The new M2 Airtronic 4kw is supposed to have a quieter pump. I will post the results once it's installed. I'll order a kit this week.

If had waited a couple of months, Murky's lift would have fallen out on it's own due to rust :(

It will be interesting when my new one turns up, maybe the one I have is noisy? Let's hope my fears are unjustified.
