    Longest bits ive found are 1200mm . Would love 1800 as that the lenght of the kitchen work top and floor to ceiling. But the beds made from paito frames at 1770 acrosss takes longer to fabricate, but so much stronger than 4x2 as wont bend as the 4x2 has done..

Then pulled into scrap yard and got some 20 20 ! 2 slot and 4 slot so kitchens a gooden and 2 lovly 100x50x2000 bed supports . im loving it . 40 kg = £60. Question Best way of cutting...

Im going to put the bonding as high possible so it can't collect water, above the bonding and trough there. mite evan put a way for the condensation water to escape! .     It was The first window I ever fitted by me from utub as pic above did everything right but the pushing in at the top so my bad.need to get proper primer for glass and the roughed up body work.

    All good for getting out, its cleaning up. I used a bike brake cable and wife pulled from out side and sawn it off, so very messy. But the bonding is very stubborn and im going to repaint behind the glass. the window is as big as as they come and still in one piece. Thank for ideas and replys.

  19. Ceiling boards x2 covered in padded cell stuff. Need hidden fixings.

    Still planing it but glue is one way . Why do I need to remove them !. All power / wiress are in cupboard. Just the maxfan still toyin with it ive got 3 25mm strips running the full interior bolted to the cross members so , maybe Get photos at weekend.
