If the seats are from a bus or other with fitted belts then all required is the spreader plates under the floor bolted down with high tensile bolts nuts and washers, I built boxes and mounted seats on them, six seats in all, and front 4 swing around and lock, handy to watch TV on the bog wall.

Seat under floor mounting plates here and UK MUST be a size as set out in veh construction and use regs, if its a belted seat and the plates are correct there is no problem with MOT or INS co.

Costa packet id say, anyway when there is a queue to charge and it takes 3/4 of an hr you will not be long dumping it.

Both are made of the same stuff, just the seitz has a better frame system by far, but as you say very very expensive, caravan replacement windows are easy to get as most are a standard size.
