That (to me) looks massively over complicated. I had a fresh tank, outlet to a Shurflo pump, which fed the boiler and all the taps hot and cold, unless you have a special requirement I don't see why the extra complexity

It might be a very good if it was a QD type. Fitting into a self build could pose problems with mounting securely.
