Has anyone a solution to operate the back door lever from a higher position e.g where you have a rear bed/garage arrangement so that you can still open the door from inside? I'd need to have it 60cm higher than current so it could be accessed from the bed.

Update: Drivers seat swivel now fitted, only just clears the handbrake when in off position.
