God, what a bloody misery wiring superseal connectors! Seems a real knack to them... Glad a bought spares. Although weatherproof and seem popular, I had to give up trying to make them in the van. Just too fiddly so brought it all inside and sat at a bench to do them. 🥵

That's a good idea... Now to find a willing test subject! I can't think of anyone that I know unfortunately. I'd also worry that if there is another fault somewhere it could pop the relay in the borrowed module! I suppose if I get my module checked again and if the relay is proved to have...

Well, the electric activating thing is about all that's in the door connected to the lock isn't it??? Is it called an actuator... or is it a solenoid? Either way, its the bit that fires the lock into either locked or unlocked position and also moves the manual lock lever. I can't seem to...

The switch certainly seems to operate because when the door is opened the interior light comes on. No alarm on this one. central locking though.
