Bend plastic 10mm panel to fit curved wall

Hay back on shower walls,

runs from 54 cm to photos so question is. to keep this cerved van wall stuck to wall plastic 10mm pannel ? What fixing products have you used, or would use?
My thinking 2 18mm pieces of ply at each end, fix to stud side wall as photos, would the edge of 18mm ply plus 10 mm plastic side pannel hold the thing tight
Quite a lot of force to hold back in place!.
All help ideas tia
