This is old news. I read about it a time ago. Still they have not made a panel that in its life time will produce more energy than what was used to produce it. By the time it’s sold, installed and maintained it will be at a great loss. Wind turbines are much worse. At the moment modern sprayed coal is still the most efficient.

There is always a loos on anything man made,even drilling for oil or digging up coal,some are not as good as others but thats the way of industry & use as we know it.
