How old is that article I wonder?

"Figures show a sharp rise in the number of vans and other commercial vehicles being officially reclassified as motorhomes after being given a radical internal makeover. "

These are the figures I got from the DVLA .... A rise in the number of requests for sure, but a sharp rise in reclassifications? I don't see that from the official data supplied by DVLA.

What I should have said is "when was the article actually written?", not when it was published in the paper!
The stats don't lie and we all know reclassifications have been turned down left right and centre!

Just sloppy writing in the article. The next sentence points out it's only the number of applications they're talking about.

There's an old adage that if you know the story behind something you won't recognise the write-up in the paper....
