Thanks one and all for your messages, just arrived back from a nice week away where the nights were cold and we really discovered how truly powerful and efficient the Propex heater was!
We stopped for several night at the CL name Buttercup Meadow at Bacton on Sea (page 416 of the 2019 C&MC Sites Directory Handbook, ref. 1113) which was very good value at £8 per night and only a relative few yards from the beach where there were several regular blokes beach fishing and hauling out quite reasonable catches.
Good walking from the site and excellent walking for the dogs.
There was a local pub only a half mile walk away which looked more like a cafe, the Poachers Pocket where the beer wasn't bad and the grub was quite good as well.
Great time overall, but mind you it was bloody well blowing like hell warmed throughout our stay.
Now back to the house search!!
