I will freely admit I am a member of the "Mechanically Mounted" fraternity
And with so many "newbies" knocking together Campers quickly in the last few months, the top comment on that thread I think should be considered by them ... "There is no such thing as a no drill mount... Stop making death traps... Use oversize stainless steel bolts, washers, safety nuts (plus sicaflex). Don't give me the "if done extremely meticulously glue should work" rant because this is Facebook, the home of average (and below average) Joe who WILL get it wrong, not some Phd forum.."
