Sounds very pricey anyway for a less than stellar result 
I know vehicles and situations vary, but for my VW T5 I got a just-like-new pair of Captains Seats from a Caravelle for around £650 or so, including shipping from Poland (and sold the original worn drivers seat for around £180 or so, so the total cost of swapout was under £500). For my VW LT I got a pair of used but in very good condition Ford Galaxy Seats with integrated swivels for £120 - needed about 10 minutes of seat base mods to fit them and they have been perfect.
The Ford Galaxy seats are a very popular seat swap on lots of different vans, and I know also for the VW T5s, as well as the Galaxy seats, people fit all sorts of random seats to replace the originals (Mini, SAAB and Alfa ones seem to feature a lot) and I can't see why similar swaps wouldn't work on a Ducato base?
