Membership and self build

Good evening fellow builders, I have noticed over the last year that the site has although recieving new members, the question content and discussion has lapsed to the point of almost being non existent.
This has surprised me as on my journey around the continent over September and October I noticed far more self builds than I had ever seen before, suggesting that folks are busy building their own motohomes and using them. But this does not seem to be
happening here in the UK or at least it doesn't show on this site.
When I build a motorhome I always do so during the winter months, it usually takes 4-6months depending on the complexity of the build, I have a large shed admittedly but the van is always outside so the weather effects me from shed to van, though I still manage.
I would have thought that during these months this site would be hopping with questions and discussion but alas it seems not. There was mention some months ago that we would migrate to Wild camping but nothing seems to have been said since, (To my knowledge).

I think Phil (@Admin) may have a lot of other things going on. Shame because I think WC would benefit from this site joining them

This site was set up and moved from wild camping some years back, but like another site called DIY camper lost i thought this one would flurish but not so, maybe a move back to wild camping is the way to go.
