Hello electrics 3.2v cells
What is the longest bus bar / wire connections one can use?. To connect the 4 cells to make 12v as only seen packs of 4 ( ####) or more ! flat side to side not end to end and not 2 up and 2down.
so I would like to put my Chinese battery in wall of van , stud wall made of 2x4 . Can put vent in outer wall
So 2 cells over and 2 under each other ?. wall only take 2 cells in each side by side flat on studds.

So 12 volts sysems need the thickest wire . So can be 24 v system if this works. Can ,should I put battery cells upside down to use shorter tails / bus bars but will need upto 8in bars but if upright upto 14 inch bar at each end to connect cells 2 and 3 . all cells upright can cover bar with with sleeve.. but it will go through holes I will drill in studds.

(2_3). Cell lay out.
TIA.
Yes or no will do guys

It's not the thickness of the copper, rather the cross sectional area. Also note all copper does not have the same conductivity. The difference is small so not really worth worrying about.
What you need to think about is the maximum load you will put on them and how hard you'll going to charge them.

So now made shower walls 53cm wide 9 cm thick and 3 shelfs 110cm this will take 3 s4 just in front of rear axle. ! Fix in floor and roof
Put studds at the same hight 25cm plus 2 cm stud.
Both walls coverd in18 mm ply
