I call mine a toilet cubicle. There's a shower in it too.
I'm baffled why people call them bathrooms when clearly we're not sticking a bath in them?

or in the US - where a 1/2 bath definately does not have a bath in it

I've stayed in Spanish hotels where you almost have to stand to have a bath
