How do I connect 12VDC Heat Trace cable to power supply?

How do I connect the two prong end of the 12VDC heat trace cable to a positive and negative line running from my fuse box for my 12v system?

There doesn't seem to be a positive or negative wire just the two bus wires. TIA

Would you be able to expand on this please? It’s my first time doing this, and what I think you mean is that there is not positive or negative end on the heat trace cable, therefore, I can just connect it to either the negative or positive side of my fuse box? Is this correct?

It's just resistive cable, so no positive or negative.
As with all electricals, do a test wiring before fitting.

If its trace heating you also need some other stuff which I presume you have, (switch/thermostat)? If not the trace heating will be a constant drain on your battery

If its to heat the van then a diesel night heater would be best.
