Yes i follow thisI did a massive amount of reading up on this very subject approx. 10 years ago and came to the conclusion that if I was converting a van with a rust resistant fully galvanised body shell which was in either new or good condition, then the insulation with the highest level of thermal insulation was/is closed cell spray foam.
I also looked into doing it myself - V - professional and came to the conclusion that there was very little difference in the costs, so I then started looking into which company would appear to be the most professional, and this is where I made a distinct mistake choosing a company that had been widely used by members of the SBMCC.
Although my installation has proven to be very thermally efficient, I discovered that if the operative pays exceptionally close watch on the heat of the solvents then they should be able to achieve a virtually smooth finish, instead the man I chose didn't even check the temperatures once and the result was exceptionally messy and required an enormous amount of cutting back. And this is exactly what other people had experienced.
Since that time I have met a company who were so exceptionally methodical that their finished results are almost mirror smooth !
I won't give the names Snapchat Planets of the companies as I honestly do believe that it would be wrong of me to do so, however, do a lot of research and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

With well in excess of 1,500,000 totally accident free miles behind me, I tend not to think about having accidents! What happens if a panel gets hit in a accedent and requires welding, i used bubble foil and rockwool as easy to remove internal panel and get welding etc sorted if its a tin panel van you are building.
Me to but to many pillocks out there these days, a lot on drugs. With well in excess of 1,500,000 totally accident free miles behind me, I tend not to think about having accidents!

Police will look at her ph to see if it was in use, happened to me many years back when i rebuilt a skoda estelle with full respray, on the rd a few weeks when a idiot rear ended me at roundabout in a tranny van, car scrap, he was charged for using a mobile.Would you believe it, you couldn't credit it, yesterday evening a daffy 17year old girl side swiped my daughters motorhome (The one I've just spent 5 months building) it was parked up on a wide road where cars and vans can park on both sides of the road and still have plenty of room for two way traffic including lorries, and she unbelievably hit the motorhome.
My only conclusion is she must have been either looking at her phone, fiddling with the radio or just plain stupid.
I haven't said anything to the daughter but it could very well be a write off.
Might you end up buying the MH from the insurance company and repairing it yourself? Who knows your daughter could end up quids in and her beloved and very capable Dad would have some exhilarating work to do?Would you believe it, you couldn't credit it, yesterday evening a daffy 17year old girl side swiped my daughters motorhome (The one I've just spent 5 months building) it was parked up on a wide road where cars and vans can park on both sides of the road and still have plenty of room for two way traffic including lorries, and she unbelievably hit the motorhome.
