I used a Beko two door in my RV to replace the US 3 way , it was rated for garage use (ie unheated ambient) IIRC this is to deal with posssible thermostat problems as it was sealed in cabinet with external vents . It worked well without any problem in below freezing and 38C+

You probably wont get motorcaravan as body type , more likely they will change body to van with windows . Your usage will define what mot you need (Class 4 if the interior meets all the requirements of motorcaravan ) This also defines what taxation you need to pay , not the body type...

There is no real problem with parallel connecting another starter battery to the existing one , It would be best to match so both the same.

Its a Dennis utility cab , so on quite a few different types .

Looks very nice , you mention "interlocking" between cab and body , do you mean a wipe type seal or bellows as you will need to take into account cab and body relative chassis flexing especially in view of wheelbase , also if suspension cab , or limit yourself assiduously to flat terrain .

Hope you have deep pockets as they are about £800 each last time I looked not the make you mention , but ones used by Bimobil and a few of the other top German builders . They even have built in altitude compensators for the double glazing .

I was thinking the other way eg two solar controllers with separate panels feeding into one battery bank ?

Do mppt controllers not like being connected more than one to a battery bank ?
