IMHO insulation and the level and efficiency of it is very arguably one of THE most important aspects of a vans build which is why I decided on having my van spray foam lined, ok the cost was a bit high, but the added weight would have been at max. no more than 10kgs. I know it is too late now...

My question is with regards to the shower/loo tray, have you built in a very strong/rigid fully supporting framework to stop the plastic flexing? If you haven't engineered one into your build then you need to do so as otherwise it will crack. Great workmanship by the way.

Although I ticked panel van in the survey, in truth I would very seariously consider the latest low chassis box vans for their total useability when it comes to converting them, most especially when insulation is considered as they would be so exceptionally easy to do. My only major question...

Basically the DVLA don't like anything remotely like a stealth van or to put it another way, they like conversions to look like professionally converted vans when it comes to windows and that in basis is what site owners like as well.
