    plus paint the edges with at least two coats when they did my windows on conversion they didn't paint them well if they did they didnt do a good job they need taking out and painting properly but that will have to wait till i can afford to get it done

    one tip i read some where once you have floor in get seating cushions layout on floor and cardboard templates for cooker unit etc and play around with layout it might work in your head but not in reality one right photo it
