Have searched the net but to no avail .. Few posts on other sites with the same problem you have but no solutions
If we could have a clear close up pic from the rear where the terminations are.. might be able to shed some light

It's not difficult, but then I suppose brain surgery isn't either. If you're a brain surgeon.

There will be a few things to catch you out, so perhaps best to get someone to do it with you. It's not really something I'd like to do via a forum - especially the mains side.

Was full retarded, Noticed that the adapter was an AC to DC so I just removed the adapter and everything worked fine

@horshamjack The whole problem is they only give you an positive but no diagram for negative

Picture of the wiring diagram we got with the unit, You've got to connect the positive to the certain point i.e lights then the negative to the DV-VE, but the last point doesn't work on the DV-VE not to sure if its my unit or all of them in general. Once I did that and removed the adapter everything worked perfect.
