So floors going good, 25mm sub floor and 25 mm Kingstown cross cross the other way, 50mm in total and ply to lay still,
Question is aluminium tape the top joints only for vapour barrier ? Or both levels ?

I think perhaps you need to ask yourself this question: if water/water vapour were to get through the top layer where would you want it to go? If you tape both layers it'll get stuck in the middle of your floor, if you don't then maybe it'll work to the bottom and find its way out. Just my theory!

That is one thick floor you are putting in, are you going to similar lengths of thickness when insulating the walls and roof?

Thanks * Yes it is, But we want to go to see northern lights. So 50mm on floor and 18mm ply to lock it down. my thinking is less wood more kingspan

Roof, 50mm Kingspan gluded up with 8 or 6mm covering..

Walls, plastic dail out of B&Q with off cuts of kingspan guled to walls

Kingspan is R.002 but don't know the R value of 25mm or 50mm timber?

Yes good thinking good man, I have left all the channels / corragated floor as drainage. As I started on the highest point.
