Morning Ken, he's got on very well at the furniture stage, but unfortunately due to work load and new daughter he has had to cease work on it for a while, though he does sleep in it on his four day shift at the airfield.
He and his family are up here at the mo, as sods law the clutch has gone on their Mazda 3 yesterday, probably just working enough if they are careful down the motorway he wanted to replace it today getting the clutch from Europarts yesterday, but I said no way I was going to spend Christmas under a Mazda 3  so he is going to chance the motorway and call the RAC if he has to. He is leaving tomorrow as day after Boxing day he his wife and daughter are flying off to Germany for a weeks Rhine cruise with the inlaws, which was another reason I said no, as without a lift and working on the ground there is always a possibility that it wouldn't be finished for Boxing day . Phil............. Is there or rather are there things you would have done differently to the layout or specification of your van if you were going to do another one?

By the way I think it looks a cracking job.

Morning Phil, been a bit lazy over the Chrizzy period :giggle:. In all honesty I dont think there is anything I would change other than having opening rear door windows, but at the time it was being built nobody would sell the rear door window kits to the general public, they would only supply to the trade, but sods law a year later and they began to become available, hey ho!! Too late for me as I had cut the complete panel out of the rear doors and glued the black privacy glass on ( Makes it look the business, but the rear door glass can fog up in cold conditions).Phil

Gaud, that took me one heck of a long time to go through all of your images Phil, I started last night and finished them off this morning.

Boooootiful job, when are you starting your next project, or is that the one you are helping your son to build?
