Solar thoughts

coolasluck

As i already have too many lugs on my trojans threaded terminals ,i.e battery charging via durite charger and panels ,battery monitor, load for fuse box i have been wondering what to do with another solar panel that is not yet wired inside?
I currently have a morningstar charger 45 amp with 6 panels with a max imp power of 33 amps running to the charger via 2 banks of 3 panels through a pair of busbars. My seventh panel was the original one that came when i bought the vehicle which is a 120 watt panel and a imp of about 7.5 amps.My thoughts have been to just run the panal to the morningstar controller as i have done with the others but this would mean that the imp would be 40.5 amps.Should i go this route or should i wire to a separate bogo standard charger?
I have 6 * 6 volt batteries and run the negatives and possitives so as charging is optimised by being in diagonal meaning that possitive is in one corner whilst negatives are in the opposite far corner.

I am also wondering how to run inverter cables from the bank.Any ideas anyone?
I have been using all the negatives through the battery monitor as it should be but wonder if using the terminal from the other corner is an option for wiring the inverter ?
