Peugeot Expert campervan conversion

simonp820

Hi folks - newbie here - be nice ;)

I've bought myself a 2010 Peugeot Expert which I've already cleaned up, carpeted and looking forward to taking up to the mountains!

I really wanted a T4/T5 (the obvious benefit being lots have already been converted) but money was silly - I like what I've got but now need to start working on the inside. Whilst I'm happy with an airbed and some storage boxes - eventually I'd like a decent conversion.

I don't suppose anyone here's done anything with this van before? It's the exact same spec as a Fiat Scudo and Citroen Dispatch.

Looking forward to hitting the road!

Cheers - I've got them on my list to check out - can you recommend them or have you just Googled them?

Great news on the fuel consumption - looking forward to using it :)

My last van was a Citroen Despatch, with an Autohomes Columbus roof tent. Great little van and really good MPG. It wasn't converted, but I had the roof tent to sleep in and kept all my cooking gear , chemical loo and all of my walking and climbing gear in the van. It was a great setup, but properly converted, I would see these as a great van to sleep inside as well.

Peugeot Expert all-weather camper with walk-thru conversion and loo compartment

Hi all:

Got this done last year, to a price, by Denby - the Buckingham conversion. Walk-through, twin beds and potential for a double too with infills. Some wee details not perfect, headroom 5'9" on;y, beds are just 6' and some trim lining not the best. However, we've got something as good as the Enfield Elite (Enfield Leisure Vans - Bespoke motorhome conversions and servicing based in North Lincolnshire UK.) but less than half the price ... ! Self-build not an option for me but very pleased, I can be in Glencoe / Skye / Trossachs for hill trtips every weekend. Pics are at ... https://picasaweb.google.com/117046503509730839676/PeugeotExpertVan

Hope this is useful - best wishes

Yes they are a nice vehicle, I have converted loads of vehicles, and I am soon going to make a elevating roof for this vehicle, view my site at Yorkshire Conversions or if you have a donar vehicle for me that would start thing quicker
