My Iveco Luton

I bought the empty van a couple of years ago. It has the faint traces of "Initial Washroom Services" stickers and was registered to a leasing company in Birmingham. I bought it with about 98k miles on it and some cosmetic damage, but otherwise in good condition. It's only been in near-final condition since June this year, when I had it re-classified as a motorhome and MOT'd. I still have some things to do of course.

I took this photo at the recent Stratford racecourse meet, our very first one.

@Pugwash69 that looks to be a simply stunning conversion on a van that rarely receives such detailed thought and attention...... BRILLIANT

Why not put up a load of (normal) images on the site as so many others of us have done? I got slightly spaced out looking at the 2 images you put links to above!!

The Iveco van is one which I always think of as being built like a brick built sh*t house with mechanicals that are as strong as strong can be, but I didn't know that they made a box body van that had a walk through from the cab.

BTW Phil this was built as a Chassis-Cab and the box on the back added by Wessex Vehicle Services. This is why there's a rear-view mirror. There was a window on the back of the cab but I knocked through for a flexible joint to the rear. Any hard surfaces are only attached to the rear box and allow for some movement.

That is a very good use of space you have achieved there, however I wouldn't fancy the step up from the cab as my knees could very well cry help!!

It's mostly for the extra view from the rear although I can crouch and get through ok.

one question. I can't tell from the pictures where access to the overhead cab bit is from? Is this from within the actual cab itself?

I haven't cut through. It was a sealed box on top and I haven't needed to use that space.

Came. In silver so I repainted it Brunswick Green so it would blend into the countryside better. I think it's a lovely colour too thanks.
