help - self build bed,

Hello all,

i'm wanting to do either a l shaped seating area which turns out into a bed
behind drivers seat width ways then across van down drivers side...

Or a double seating area which turns into a bed down either side of the van near the back doors.

I have a ford transit lwb . High roof,
internal width is 170cm

any help pictures designs measurements would be great

thanks so much, thats exactly how i want me, even with the kitchen at the back, best get some wood in and start the build
