I was lucky it only took six months for my Grandfather license to come through. Bloody DVLA workers all need sacking so they have to go and apply for a real job. As was mentioned in the article, every one else has had to carry on, Amazon is by far a bigger workforce than the DVLA and they have been delivering throughout the whole Pandemic faultlessly. At the very least the CEO should consider her position, deliver an unreserved apology and resign. Phil
