B2B charger and Lithium

I am soon going to start my latest van conversion and a question has already arisen. I am looking at a dc to dc charger to charge my 2x 105ah fogstar drift lithium leisure batteries. I've always used (and love) the Victron 30a but on researching have found advice that 20-30% of the batteries capacity is the ideal. I'm considering the victron orion 50a b2b. Do you think that would be too much?? the other option is the 30a orion as victron don't do a 40a but this seems too low. Renogy make a 40a which also includes mppt which is useful as I will fit solar too at some point. I have no experience of renogy though, your thoughts if you would be so kind? Thanks in advance, your knowledge and advice would be highly valued.
