I used 15mm light weight furniture ply for my cabinets and doors these stays are fine in that application. The struts are only under pressure in the door closed position and reducing pressure as the door opens. Would you use flimsy ply (3mm?) for cabinet doors? I guess only in a framed cabinet...

I used these from Screwfix good quality and reasonable price.

The Renault part number I found on the web but when quoted at Renault dealer (Morecambe) he said no longer available then found the Movano part number for which he ordered the part for me. Apparently for a Mk2 but fit the MK3 also.

Lol, the double seat swivel is not commercially available but Lucas Pattison the guy in the video builds to order. Double swivel video details on his facebook page.

See photo in post #29 I got a LHD driver seat off ebay with the seat base. Because the van is available in LHD or RHD the bolt holes are in the cab to suit single or double seat on either side of the cab. If you want to swivel the driver seat you need to get the special handbrake lever to allow...

There is no commercially available double swivel seat solution. Thats why I went for two singles, the sting in the tail being the high cost of the handbrake that allows the drivers seat to swivel.

EBT+ is a construction adhesive/sealant I've used for many years both in construction and on my motorhome and PVC. Its cheaper too than 522 and i'm pretty certain its just as good (it maybe even same stuff marketed differently).

Roofing square, combination square, straight edge. Work off floor square to it, as Wildebus says nothing is straight or square in vans.
