Gas Combi Boilers, who's got one...???

just to reiterate, unless the law's changed , there are no rules for people fitting gas appliances to their own vehicles . which means of course , that common sense must be involved

Low loader box van camper conversion

they seem to be built like luton bodies . so everything you do should add to the strength of the carcass if possible . eg , when i put in a side door ,i make them from 3cm steel angle ,door and frame with welded hinges and the cut out used to infill , . the inner wall is framed out with 25mm...

    Pre-built units

designs a bit dollshouse , but they look quite well made and not a bad price . the idea's ok, i've done similar in the past for Dutch travellers , when camper road tax was massive .they could unscrew the units , pile them up under a tarp ,and hey presto , back to commercial vehicle !

    tips

hi Phil ,i use the usual method , up and down ,in a figure of eight , on an oilstone ,till i can feel a wire edge, then remove that by doing the back . very rarely use a chisel these days, biscuit joints and modern glue sort out most joints
