Hi ISO containers as they are called are fastened together @corners & midpoint using a lever or a turn buckle clamp see picture The idea is a good one until you add the weight of the ISO then the weight cost + complexity of reinforcing of the chassis to locate it securely brake suspension...

Also done the this with many pre lithium battery tools bought @car boot sales for £1/2 each.works great with an adjustable transformer 👍🏼
