Winter is coming

It is time to look at batterys for winter as in if unsealed check flued level and terminals etc smearing with vasolin,also making sure fusses are ok and not corroded at contacts etc.
Also look at bulbs and head/tail lights making sure any drain outlets are clear so they dont fill with rain water.
Look at heaters to if blown oil/electric type.
Solar panels should be clean if you are to harvest little of any power.

Good advice Trev. We are lucky that we can park our bus on the drive and leave a small electric heater in it on frost-stat, which means we don't have to drain down.

Also forgot to say if draining down waste water or pumps ,always put sum antifreeze down plug hole etc it will stop any water left in bends from bursting pipes,or you could blow out with compressed air as i do with marine engines pumps and hoses over winter.
