My thoughts when mentioning the weight of water, was that it would need support, restraint, and be positioned carefully to avoid imbalance to the loading of the Sprinter. Much the same as your thoughts on baffles to restrict load movement.

Current van, since 2013, used year around has two 6 volt T105 Trojans, now six years old and good as new. In build van will have four T105 Trojans suplied by Sterling 60 Amp B2B and 480 Watt Solar through MPPT controller. Reason for much larger set up is much larger compressor fridge and better...
